CFT Kids Program
Coach Kayla Muth started the CFT Kids program in the summer of 2021. Currently there are options for preschool aged groups (ages 3-5), kids (ages 6-11), and teens (ages 13-17)*. The ultimate goal of the program is to encourage confidence and joy in the youth of our community. It is designed to help kids develop coordination, speed, agility, and athleticism through constantly varied, functional movements. Kids also learn how to have fun while improving their fitness and make new friends along the way. The main focus is to help teach kids how to move their body and provide the proper fuel to do so to set them up for a healthy lifestyle!

*Currently we are welcoming our teenagers into our regular group classes and they've done amazing. It's a great opportunity for them to meet other teens and see healthy adults working on their fitness. Please email with any questions.
