What is CrossFit?

You could ask 30 CrossFit athletes and trainers, and get 30 different answers to that question. Officially, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement preformed at high intensity.

We are movement coaches. First, we teach you to move well (Mechanics). That is always the primary concern. Then, we will make sure you are consistently moving well (Consistency). When you are consistently moving well, we can add intensity by increasing time, weight, repetitions, cycle speed and other countless metrics (Intensity).

We also want to be able to look back at performance history and see how fitness is improving. Everything that can be measured is recorded. From time to time, we test and retest different baseline workouts to compare who we are now to who we were in the past.
